B-1/B-2 visa allows aliens to enter the United States temporarily for travel, short-term study, or other legitimate personal or business related matters.

 

B-1/B-2 visa holders must not overstay their visa or conduct activity different than the initial purpose of entering without first ask the Immigration Services to change the non-immigration status.

非移民签证是外籍人士短期进入美国工作， 旅游， 学习， 交流， 求医，结婚，  或者进行商业活动的身份许可证。

 

通常情况下， 申请人需要在美国以外的其他国家和地区向美国大使馆或者领事馆直接申请。申请人需要向美国大使馆阐明来美目的并且提交必要申请材料。美国大使馆通常会根据面试情况发给申请人相关非移民签证。
